The Strategic Plan, 2024-2025 for the California Librarians Black Caucus (CLBC) was adopted on September 27, 2024 by the CLBC Membership, following an eight month planning process.
The planning process provided community consultation and analysis by California’s Black African American library workers. Throughout the process, this community had many opportunities to add their ideas, thoughts and concerns, to help us define the future of the caucus.
As a result, it became clear that the CLBC community was looking for sustainable programs and services that increased the visibility of the organization and it's ability to meet the evolving needs of ___.
The strategic plan was presented at the 2024 California Library Association’s Annual Conference, held in Pasadena, California.
